Subscribei watch nightline and last night they featured jacques torres on their platelist, and he made these chocolate chip cookies that looked extremely delicious. the recipe can be found at jacques torres’ quick and easy desserts on the nightline website, but my problem is that i don’t really bake. however, i might attempt his chocolate chip cookies. or perhaps, anyone wants to bake them for me and send them my way? ;)
i love chocolate chip cookies. i don’t care for many desserts, like pies and such, but i will never pass up a decent chocolate chip cookie if offered. that “never” is part of my creed.
on the show jacques torres also made some hot chocolate that looked yummy. i think it is awesome that he is so dedicated to chocolate.
a couple weeks back i mentioned the double chocolate chip cake from kfc, and i am happy to report that i got my fix. one cake, that’s all i needed…for the next couple years.
recently everyone is going green, saving the planet, etc. i just want to remind everyone about the tropical forests, we should make sure we save them since they contain cacao. save the chocolate. you know, eliminate the slash and burn, and so on.
